Any currency converter tools used by this site may use exchange rate averages, and the actual amount may vary slightly during checkout depending on local and foreign bank rates and fees. How soon do I have to pay for my item?

We request that you pay for your item as soon as possible. If we have not received payment within 5 days we will send a reminder.

Is GST included in my purchase cost?

Australian buyers have GST automatically included in the purchase price and any shipping/handling costs.

What are the payment options?

Our accepted payment options are:

International Customers:

Payment is only accepted via PayPal or Credit Card

Australian Customers:

PayPal
PayPal is our preferred payment

Direct Deposit
Bank Deposit or Transfer is also accepted. You can select this payment option when completing the checkout and bank details will be emailed to you once checkout is completed.
Please note: When paying by Bank Deposit or Transfer, you must use your order number as the payment reference, so we can easily identify your payment and speed up the shipping of your order.

Credit Card
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX. You can select this payment option when completing the checkout.

Bpay
You can select this payment option when completing the checkout and Bpay details will be emailed to you once checkout is completed.

Money Order
You can select this payment option when completing the checkout and details will be emailed to you once checkout is completed.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept either personal or business cheques as a form of payment.

International Orders and Exchange Rates

All orders for goods purchased in the Shop are processed in Australian dollars.

If you are shopping internationally and paying by credit card your credit card company will automatically convert the payment from Australian dollars to your own currency at the current exchange rate.

To calculate the cost of your order in your own currency you can use a currency converter.

For example...

If your order totalled $95.00 and the US exchange rate was .7700 the cost of your order in US dollars would be:

$95.00 x .7700 = US$73.15
